Repair maintenance, troubleshooting as assigned whenever required to maintain safe functionality of commercial building.
Maintenance of building related systems and minor repairs such as, door, window, toilet taps & fittings, lights, painting, carpet etc.
Respond to requests or complaints from tenants, other building users and clients in relation to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor & Troubleshoot M&E systems such as pumps, electrical panels, home appliances, Air Conditioning, fans, laundry machines, etc.

Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works.

Provide regular reports to management and overall vendor performance reviews, including monthly meetings & audits when and where required.
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
